Weekendesk Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Weekendesk defines itself as a technological platform that offers its users the opportunity to find short-term vacation packages, usually weekends, at bargain prices.
An angry customer said this in a review "Please stay away from Weekendesk, one a the few companies which benefit from the coronavirus crisis to cheat customers. They sold us a hotel package including cancellation insurance and refuse to reimburse even though we could not stay at the hotel because of the health crisis".
Former Employee - Assistant Marketing Manager says"I worked at Weekendesk full-time for less than a year Cons: Poor organisation and tools, bad training, bad integration, poor help and assistance with any problems."
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"I worked at Weekendesk full-time Cons: - low employee motivation - low pay and benefits - HR is not very helpful, as they have to do recruiting, HR and office managing all at the same time. In a company that is 100+ that is not feasible at all. - Extremely dominant and arrogant top management. Treat their employees like they are children (even said that the employees were acting like children once. I'm sorry, but what manager does that? It's extremely unprofessional and develops low morale among the team. I thought that was pretty straightforward, but I guess they don't think so) - Office had really bad air circulation so basically, all employees constantly had headaches. That's actually a violation of health and safety laws in the work environment - Everyone sat cramped together, and it was at all times very noisy. Meeting rooms were often full, so nowhere to escape. - Low team morale. Not many team events organised."
Former Employee - Travel Agent says"I worked at Weekendesk full-time for less than a year Cons: Some disrespectful colleagues, others are normal, and on top of that bullying supervisors. What else??"
Former Employee - Market Manager says"I worked at Weekendesk full-time for more than a year Cons: Bad salary, no management, no responsibilities as an employee, lack of confidence, no extra benefits except salary, no coffee at work, no water at work."
says"I worked at Weekendesk for less than a year Cons: - Pressure to get work done when there was no work to do. Sum up. - RRHH “services” were poorsome, useless and defavourable to every employee. Ah, wait, there were some who earned more. - CEO was inexistant for much of the time given the fact he was the head of a company. - Lies, unachieved projects and troubles with ticket restaurant were monthly snacks. - No Salary Reformulation or push-up."
